What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe or worsening tooth pain, a knocked-out or badly broken tooth, facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding in the mouth, or trauma from an accident or sports injury.
What should I do right now?
Call or WhatsApp us immediately so we can advise you and arrange the next available emergency slot. If you have a knocked-out tooth, try to keep it moist (in milk or saliva) and avoid touching the root.
When is emergency care available?
Same-day emergency slots are available Monday–Saturday during opening hours. This is not a 24/7 emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe uncontrolled bleeding, or difficulty breathing/swallowing, seek emergency medical care immediately.
What happens when I contact the clinic?
Our team will ask a few quick questions about your symptoms, advise on immediate steps, and fit you into the next available emergency slot.
