How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend reaching out as early as possible once you have a general date or season in mind, especially for full-service planning. Earlier conversations simply give us more flexibility with vendors and design.
Do you work with intimate events?+
Yes. We plan everything from small, intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations — scale doesn't change the level of care we bring to the details.
Do you offer full-service planning?+
Yes, full-service planning is one of our core offerings, alongside partial planning, design-only support and month-of coordination.
Can you help with design and styling?+
Absolutely. Event design and styling — palettes, florals, lighting and overall visual direction — can be added to any planning package or booked on its own.
Do you work with destination events?+
Yes, we support planning for events outside the Austin area, including remote coordination, vendor management and on-site execution.
Can we hire you only for event-day coordination?+
Yes — our month-of coordination package is built exactly for that: a professional handoff of a plan you've largely built yourselves.
