1. Website Development Projects
Deposits paid to begin a website development project are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time and resources already committed. Refund eligibility for work not yet started will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Hosting & Maintenance Plan
The $40/month Hosting & Maintenance plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
3. Custom Project Work
Custom project work (major changes, new features, redesigns) quoted and paid separately from the monthly plan follows the payment terms agreed upon in the specific project quote.
4. Domain Names
Domain name registrations are generally non-refundable once purchased, in line with domain registrar policies.
