1. Services
CutLabsX provides website design, development, redesign and ongoing maintenance services. The exact scope of each project is defined in a written or emailed quote/proposal agreed upon before work begins.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Website development pricing starts from $500 and varies based on project scope. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any project begins. The $40/month Hosting & Maintenance plan covers hosting, domain, security updates, backups, monitoring, support and small content changes only — major development work is billed separately as custom project pricing.
3. Payments
Payment terms (including deposits and milestones) are agreed upon before a project starts. Monthly hosting & maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis for as long as the service is active.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback and approvals required to complete a project on schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CutLabsX may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
CutLabsX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website or services.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
